This painting came about while I was struggling to move from the suburbs to the city. I felt like an outsider looking in and longing to be part of the downtown lifestyle. It took a while but I'm finally living the dream! Painted with acrylic, graphite, oil pastel, ink pencil and gel embossing. Mounted to a black cradle board.
