My husband, two sons and I went to Colorado Springs one summer for a family vacation. We hiked a lot and as we were starting out on one trail, I saw these thistles along the way. I know....I know.....Thistles are a nuisance, especially if you are a rancher. But I was captivated by their striking pinks and greens and just saw the beauty. I hope you do too!
